We do not recommend it. However if you do, you will be held responsible for any items damaged or stolen.
All our equipment is rented with a full tank of fuel. You may fill the tank before returning it or we will fill it for you and charge you for each gallon used.
If you are a contractor or builder we would ask for a Certificate of Insurance stating you have full coverage of rental items. If you do not have insurance coverage, you may be held solely responsible to pay for all damage done to the equipment and any other people or things involved if an accident occurs. However, if you rent a bucket/lift insurance is required. The policy needs to name Key Equipment Sales & Rentals, Incas “Loss Payee” and “Additional Insured”. Please contact your sales associate with additional questions.
